FLEET DESCRIPTION

PHOENIX MARITIME LLC is a specialized provider of technical and commercial management services that, among other services, provides cargo transportation services for the bulk shipping industry. We adhere to the highest standards by working to maintain a 4-star RightShip rating for our fleet - the RightShip Vessel Inspection Information System (SVIS™), which assesses more than 50 risk factors on each vessel and provides a risk rating for a specific date and time. These risk factors include the structural integrity of the vessel; competence of owners, managers and crew; and past victims and incidents. They determine the overall rating from 1 star (highest risk) to 5 stars (lowest risk). Such a high-quality fleet of vessels helps our clients reduce risks and benefit from numerous operational indicators. In addition to RightShip, excellent PSC registration, constant cosmetic updates and minimal equipment downtime are evidence of our company's commitment to excellence and customer service. Our vessels are well recognized by regulatory bodies around the world, and the USCG – QUALSHIP 21 designation that we hold is a testament to that commitment, as less than 10% of the global fleet trading in the United States has received this designation.
