PHOENIX MERITAME LLC is located in the center of Odessa, Ukraine. The agency is licensed in accordance with the requirements of the Ministry of Labor and Social Policy of Ukraine. Our PHOENIX MARITIME LLC team is highly qualified, experienced and experienced in maritime personnel management and the maritime industry.
- Initial interview including an oral English test (unless otherwise agreed by the Shipowner);
- Authentication of the sailor's previous experience.
- Authentication and authentication of all necessary documents in accordance with the STCW-95 Code and the requirements of the IMO rules;
- Test CES 5.2 Seagull;
- Marlins Test. Only seafarers with an excellent and good level of English proficiency are allowed to work in an international crew;
